• If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If cancellation occurs between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled service, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
